1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Gajaro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Gajaro is an AI-powered email intelligence platform that connects email conversations across multiple mailboxes, generates thread summaries, detects action items, and identifies follow-up gaps. The Service is currently in early access and features may change.

3. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

5. Email Data and Permissions

When you connect a mailbox, you grant Gajaro permission to read and process your email data to provide the Service. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access for the mailboxes you connect. We process email data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Gajaro and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your email data remains your property.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gajaro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is in early access, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in S.A.S Nagar, Punjab, India.
