Teams use multiple mailboxes — sales@, support@, personal — but email clients treat each one as an island. Conversations about the same customer or deal are scattered.
Who We Are
We're a small team based in Punjab, India. We've spent years working in environments where email overload caused real problems — missed follow-ups, duplicated effort, lost deals.

Make email work for teams, not against them. Connect conversations across mailboxes, surface what matters, and help teams stop losing context between inboxes.
Why Gajaro Exists
Most email tools focus on individual productivity — faster replies, better templates, cleaner inboxes. That's useful, but it doesn't solve the team problem.
When your sales lead emails a prospect from their personal account, and the support team gets a reply at support@company.com, those two threads are invisible to each other. Nobody knows the full picture unless someone manually forwards or CCs.
Gajaro connects those threads using AI. We read the content across connected mailboxes (with permission), identify conversations about the same people and topics, and link them together. Then we surface what's important: action items, follow-up gaps, and summaries.
We're currently in early access. The product is being built in the open, and early users help shape what we build next.
