Connect personal and Google Workspace accounts. Gajaro uses the Gmail API with OAuth — you authorize access and can revoke it at any time from your Google account settings.

Microsoft Outlook
Connect Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 accounts. Gajaro uses the Microsoft Graph API with OAuth for secure, permission-based access to your mailbox.

What "Connecting" Means
When you connect a mailbox, you go through a standard OAuth flow — the same "Sign in with Google/Microsoft" process you've used on other apps. You grant Gajaro read access to your email.
Gajaro then reads your email metadata and content to provide cross-mailbox threading, summaries, and action item detection. We don't send emails on your behalf unless you explicitly use the reply suggestion feature.
You can disconnect any mailbox at any time. When you disconnect, we stop syncing and delete the processed data from that mailbox within 30 days.
